Dissemination of Corporate Communication
Pursuant to new Rule 2.07A1 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the articles of association of Strong Petrochemical Holdings Limited, the Company will disseminate future corporate communications to its Shareholders electronically and only send corporate communications in printed form upon request.
The following arrangements came into effect on 31 December 2023.
1. Actionable Corporate Communications
The Company will send Actionable Corporate Communications to Shareholders individually in electronic form by email. If the Company does not possess a functional email address of a Shareholder, it will send the communication in printed form together with a request form for soliciting a functional email address.
2. Corporate Communications
The Company will make Corporate Communications available on its website (www.strongpetrochem.com) and the Stock Exchange's website (www.hkexnews.hk). A notice of publication will be sent to Shareholders by email or by post on the publication date.
Provision of Shareholder's Email Address
Shareholders may provide their email address to the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong:
